Backbends serve as a gateway to heart-opening, as they expand our chests and lift our hearts, empowering us to make a connection with our emotions and nurturing a sense of self-compassion. This practice allows us to embrace vulnerability, breaking free from emotional rigidity and opening ourselves to a broader emotional spectrum. Backbends aren't just spinal bends, they invite emotional liberation and growth.
